PRICING FOR All TOUR PACKAGES IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE:

All Programs, Packages, Hotels mentioned are subject to change and are based on availability at time of booking. All Programs, Packages, Hotels are quoted in United States Dollar (USD).

ALL INFORMATION listed must be confirmed at time of booking. Please provide your booking information including number of adults traveling and children who are 11 years and younger at time of travel, and the dates you wish to travel. We will confirm the pricing for each program.

Any pricing change will reflect if there’s fluctuation in fuel pricing. Fluctuations in the USD exchange rate at time of booking can also impact tour package pricing.

RESERVATIONS:

If booking more than 42 days prior to the travel date, a 20% of the tour pricing deposit must be made at time of reservation
Payment for a confirmed tour MUST be paid in full at least 42 days prior to travel date
Inquiries and reservations for services in all areas shown in this tariff can be made through First Choice Travel & Tours Ltd. office in Bali. (Maximum details are required in order to fulfill reservation efficiently; arrival/departure dates, flight detail, number of persons involved and alternative hotels, if acceptable, will help in confirming your requirements efficiently.

CONFIRMATION:

All efforts will be made to send you a confirmation within 24 hours, by telephone, e-mail or fax.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation charges are not levied by First Choice Travel & Tours Ltd. However, depending on the cancellation circumstances, hotels, carriers, restaurants, contractors etc. may charge a cancellation fee.

PAYMENTS:
Payments MUST be

Made in full at least 42 days before prior to travel date.
Exclusive of bank fees/charges.

PENALTY:

If payment in full is not made 40 days prior to travel date, you will risk cancellation of your reservation and you may have to forfeit your deposit.

EXCHANGE RATES:

All Programs, Packages, Hotels are quoted in United States Dollar (USD). Payments made in local currency shall vary according to the exchange rate.

LIABILITY:

Although no effort will be spared in providing the requested service, First Choice Travel & Tours Ltd. acts only as agent for transportation company (air and Sea transport), hotels, car and all other contractors and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss.

First Choice Travel & Tours Ltd. Will not be liable for any damages, accidents, change of schedule, or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstance beyond our control. First Choice Travel & Tours Ltd. also reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without notice if found in the best interest of all concerned.

TRANSFERS:

Transfer Rates include: meeting and greeting services. Assistance with arrival and departure procedures at airports, bus stations, port and/or hotels. Porter fee during transfer operation at airport, bus station sea port and hotels is offered only to groups.

Transportation by full air conditioned cars and coaches unless otherwise indicated. Reconfirmation of travel reservations and guide escort during transfer.

HOTELS:

Hotel accommodation is based on sharing air conditioned, shared twin bed room with private bath or shower unless otherwise indicated. Single room supplements are as indicated.
